Hello, I’m Jasmin Jones, the founder and director of PACE Compliance Ltd. I am a specialist in assisting dental practices with CQC compliance. With a passion for the dental industry and years of hands-on experience, I’ve built PACE to help dental practices navigate the complexities of compliance and CQC regulations, ensuring they pass their inspections with confidence.

Since 2015, I’ve worked within the dental sector, starting my career as a dental nurse. My journey has allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry from the ground up. Over time, I advanced into compliance management, where I found my true calling—helping dental practices ensure they meet CQC standards and providing guidance through inspections.

In 2022, I founded PACE Compliance Ltd with one goal in mind: to provide expert, personalised compliance services to dental practices across the North West of England. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting numerous dental practices in preparing for and passing their CQC inspections—bringing peace of mind to practice owners and their teams.
