Payment Terms

Fees: Fees for services are outlined on our website and in service agreements. All fees are due as per the agreed terms in the invoice.
Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as indicated in the invoice.
Payment Deadline: All invoices are due within Seven (7) days of issue unless otherwise agreed upon. Services may be delayed or suspended if payment is not received by the due date.
No Refund Policy

No Refunds: All payments made to PACE Compliance Ltd for services rendered are non-refundable, including but not limited to fees for consultations, audits, mock inspections, and training.
Exception: Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where the service was not provided as agreed, and we reserve the right to determine this on a case-by-case basis.
Termination

Termination by PACE: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement and cease services if we believe that there has been a breach of these terms, or if the working relationship is no longer viable.
Termination by Client: You may terminate the agreement at any time; however, any work completed prior to termination is non-refundable.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Service Cancellation: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a service, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of Work: All original content, templates, designs, documents, and other intellectual property (IP) created by PACE Compliance Ltd during the provision of services are the property of PACE Compliance Ltd, unless otherwise agreed upon. This includes any materials created by our team members, such as Muriel Jones, who may assist with creating templates and logs for your practice.
License to Use: Upon full payment for the relevant services, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates, documents, and other deliverables produced for your practice. You may use these materials for the purpose intended as part of your compliance efforts, but you may not sell, redistribute, or use them for any other commercial purpose.
Payment for Templates: We clarify that templates and other deliverables are included as part of the services. Although Muriel Jones creates the templates, any payments made to her for her time are for internal compensation and do not affect your rights to use the templates once delivered. These templates remain the intellectual property of PACE Compliance Ltd.
Client Use of Templates: Clients are not permitted to modify, sell, or redistribute templates, documents, or any other intellectual property provided by PACE Compliance Ltd without prior written consent.
Governing Law
